Deep Cut is the culmination of many years of performing, composing, and celebrating rock and roll. Drawing influences in from across the board, we like to touch on classic rock while keeping things modern; progressive rock while keeping things hook-driven, and alternative rock while keeping things heavy. A large part of what we do is also listen for what other instruments might help to get our point across, whether it be piano, cello, vibraphone, flute, bassoon - if it's appropriate and it adds another voice with something to say, we will include it in the composition. We like to keep the tracks as tight as possible, and then blow it out live. Hopefully, Deep Cut is a breath of fresh air in a world where rock and roll is struggling to find its place.
